We reserve the right not to serve you after you have submitted your information, and the services provided are limited to those specified to you.

We can only introduce, guide, and advise you in the most effective way to find a suitable partner Therefore, results are not guaranteed.

Services are deemed satisfied upon the arrangement of the Introductions. 

In the instance that you make a payment, we do not guarantee, impliedly or expressly, that a suitable partner will be found for you.

Information submitted by you and other members does not qualify as a background check. You shall not rely on any investigation or due diligence done by us into the background of any potential partners.

We are not liable for inaccurate information provided by users unless we have prior knowledge of these inaccuracies.

Your prospective partner may not be close by and therefore you may be required to travel. In case you cannot travel, we are not liable for failure to find a suitable partner.

You are solely responsible for contacting potential matches, arranging dates, and all related matters such as transportation. We are not responsible for arranging dates or for ensuring that members attend planned dates.

We are not responsible for photos or video clips that are lost, stolen, or copied/downloaded unlawfully/unethically. Photos or videos sent to us via email and other channels are not returnable.

We cannot guarantee the length of time it will take to obtain a match for you.

You will be matched with members who are perceived to be a good match for you, based on the information you have provided and our perception of your likely suitability, however, we cannot guarantee chemistry.

You declare that you are genuinely single and looking for a new relationship.

You declare that the information you provide to us is accurate and reliable.

Connections makes no representation or warranty, either implied or express, concerning the Introductions and the accordingly, you release Connections, its employees, officers, members, managers, agents, representatives, and independent contractors, from any claims, actions, causes of action, loss and liability resulting from any introductions, regardless of the reasons therefore, including claims for emotional or verbal abuse, fraudulent activities, and personal injury.

Confidentiality

You must not discuss or show any details of other members that we have supplied to you, to any other members or non-members at any time, present or future, as this would be a violation of privacy.

We guarantee that we will protect your anonymity if so requested until you choose to reveal your identity to potential matches.

Conduct

We will treat you and all members with courtesy and respect and expect and require the same from all members. You agree not to: harass, or cause a nuisance, inconvenience, distress or anxiety or violate the privacy of anyone we introduce you to or any employee or agent of this Company/ Dating Options Limited or its subsidiary /associated companies; do anything which restricts or inhibits anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the services; do anything that deliberately or recklessly prejudices or damages the reputation of this company/ Dating Options Limited or any of its subsidiary /associated companies.

You must follow the rules and guidelines as outlined by Connections and failure to do so; Connections is not responsible.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and for the information you provide to us.

Terminating Membership

We have the right to terminate our working relationship with you in the following circumstances where:

• You have breached these terms and conditions.
• You have failed to maintain contact with us or not responded to our contact for a period of more than 6 months.
• You have provided us with false information.
• We have received either a serious complaint or persistent complaints about you which in our opinion, justifies termination of membership.
• Your personal details or partner preferences have significantly changed. This would include but is not limited to the acquisition of a criminal record, or a relocation that significantly adversely impacts our ability to deliver the service.
